Artist’s statement:

“If a soul wanted to understand itself,
then it would have to engage in self introspection.”
(Plato “The Symposium” chapter 15 The Banquet)
In dreams, water freely flows and glistens,
Color is touched in the gaze of light,
Souls can be seen in all implicit things.
Dancing lights and colors flow and glisten,
the soft breeze listens freely,
the moonlight in one’s eye finds home.

From going to school to growing up everything is
accident and coincidence, it is also fate.
Many events seem unrelated,
but they all flow back to a common center,
The power of flowing water, like a vortex, comes from
the center
In that empty center all things, events and objects
float in the sky like particulate matter
But the center of that emptiness is not empty,
It is an energy where space transcends, indistinct
and vague. As this energy is transformed it navigates between
existence and change.
